1. Scope of Business Operations

Blueskreat Surfaces operates across three specialized divisions:

• Division A — Project Execution & Contracting: Waterproofing execution, structural concrete repairs, civil works, surface preparation, and turnkey project execution.
• Division B — Industrial Flooring & Epoxy Services: Industrial epoxy flooring, self-leveling epoxy, PU flooring, ESD flooring, metallic/commercial epoxy, concrete grinding, and floor restoration.
• Division C — Waterproofing Material Supply: Sourcing and supplying waterproofing chemicals, membranes, coatings, and repair products through supplier and distributor partnerships against confirmed customer orders.

2. Technical Suitability, Substrate Condition & Site Inspection

Technical descriptions, build sequences, and visual previews on this website are provided for general informational orientation. Final system recommendations, DFT (dry film thickness), surface preparation methods, and commercial quotations are issued only after evaluating site requirements or conducting an on-site inspection.

3. Waterproofing Material Supply Terms (Division C)

For material supply enquiries, Blueskreat Surfaces operates a supplier and distributor partnership model. We distinguish work executed by our in-house contracting teams from third-party products sourced through distributor channels:

• Materials are procured and dispatched strictly against confirmed customer orders.
• Product availability, batch pricing, applicable taxes, and freight/delivery schedules are subject to supplier confirmation at the time of order placement.
• Unless explicitly stated in writing, Blueskreat Surfaces does not claim to manufacture third-party chemical brands.

4. Quotations, Work Orders & Site Readiness

Submitting an online inquiry form or WhatsApp message does not create a binding contract. A binding engagement is established only upon mutual acceptance of a written quotation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), or Purchase/Work Order specifying payment milestones, site handover readiness, power/water availability, and curing windows.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The Blueskreat name, logo, tagline (“The Work That Takes Loop”), and original project photographs are the property of Blueskreat Surfaces (Founded by Mr. Raghav Kumar Sahani). Unauthorized reproduction or misrepresentation of our project photographs is prohibited.
